Act as the project manager for enterprise accounts, building and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time. Partner with executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and drive accountability. Advise customers on best practices in workflow design, firm operations, and change management to maximize adoption and business impact.

• Lead a team of Advisory implementation consultants.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maximize the value of our Advisory product.
• Manage enterprise customer implementations, technical integrations, and multi-stakeholder deployments.

• Develop and manage your own consulting business under the WMC brand.
• Partner on projects with other WMC consultants.
• Access shared knowledge, processes, and tools.

Manage strategic and tactical business-related activities among senior executive staff. Assist in the execution of work-related commitments, presentation development, and briefing materials. Analyze data and recommend solutions to unusual problems.

• Support document development and briefing materials.
• Conduct research, data analysis and synthesis to inform strategy development and execution.
• Manage and track grantmaking workflow and keep grants on track.

• Participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables.
• Work with the client independently for short-term engagements.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.

• Lead complex consulting engagements and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Facilitate instructional improvement sessions to support partner learning and decision-making.
• Design and develop frameworks to drive system-level strategy and measurable outcomes.

• Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process for multiple implementations.
• Develop implementation project plans and manage communication and internal strategy.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design customized solutions.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of managing client 1st party data and working with internal teams to EDO models for analysis.
• Assist new clients in onboarding data, ensuring proper pixel placement and data flow into EDO systems.
• Support the Media Analytics, Sales and Business Development process by evaluating the feasibility of new opportunities.

• Oversee and coordinate multiple technical and policy-focused projects.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and regulatory tracking to inform actionable insights.
